About Us
The Birkenhead Park School is a school on the up.
We are proud to be in the midst of a remarkable transformation, recognised by Ofsted and reflected in rapidly improving outcomes for our students. Ofsted describes the school as being on a “rapid journey of improvement”, with clear evidence of sustained progress.
This success is driven by our staff. Their commitment and ambition have helped create a calm, focused and aspirational environment where students thrive.
Academic results are rising year on year, and student attendance is now among the best in Wirral and above the national average. We are changing lives every day – and changing perceptions of what our school stands for.
We are an 11–16 secondary school with over 700 students, based at the heart of the Birkenhead community. We are part of the BePART Educational Trust and work closely with the Ofsted Outstanding Birkenhead Sixth Form College, offering clear progression routes for our young people beyond GCSE.
